By accessing Zenquarium ("the App"), provided by Zenquarium Studio, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Spatial Safety & Environment

WARNING: Zenquarium alters your perception of your surroundings.

• Use the App only in a safe, obstacle-free environment.
• Zenquarium Studio is not liable for injury or property damage resulting from collisions or failure to maintain awareness of your physical space.

2. Wellness & AI Disclaimer

• Not a Medical Device: Nova is for companionship and wellness only. It is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical diagnosis.
• Crisis Situations: If you are in distress, contact emergency services. We do not provide clinical psychiatric services.

3. Usage & Assets

You may not reverse-engineer the App or scrape our 3D marine assets. Your license is for personal, non-commercial use on visionOS devices.

4. Liability

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Use of spatial software is at your own risk.
